Farmaceutische zorg in de palliatieve fase, e-module

In de e-module Farmaceutische zorg in de palliatieve fase wordt ingegaan op het verschil tussen reguliere (farmaceutische) patiëntenzorg en palliatieve (farmaceutische) zorg en de overeenkomsten. Vanuit casuïstiek wordt ingegaan op verschillende (farmacotherapeutische) aspecten die een rol spelen bij pijn en palliatieve pijnbestrijding, gastro-intestinale problemen, palliatieve sedatie, euthanasie en het delier.
